Thank you for praying

Greetings beloved of the Lord, i hope that you are doing well and resting in the goodness of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

i just returned last night from a very fruitful and blessed trip to our training pastor's center in Uganda. All those attending were very attentive and ready to learn.

We went through the second semester of Discipleship training and our 4 assisting teaching pastors (James 2 & 3, George, and Patrick) took the students through the True Discipleship book and Counseling God's Way by Bob Hoekstra. All were very blessed.

Pastor James was faithful to translate my teaching; Gloria video recorded the sessions, (we now have the Gospel of John, Genesis, Discipleship 1, 2, 3, all recorded for future use and refresher for training pastors); my driver and faithful co-laborer spent the time covering all the books that we give to the pastors with a clear plastic covering which extends the life of the books, as well as covering the elementary school books that we provide to one of the Christian schools in the area which has over 300 students.

i was also invited to speak at a prophecy conference at a church in Kampala on Friday when we returned from the training center which was a blessing.

i will be on "time out" for the next 7 weeks as i recover and rehab from my hip replacement surgery scheduled for December 27.

Lord willing i will be returning to Uganda January 24 to teach through the Book of Acts to another group of pastors.

We were also able to provide some pastors with Smart phones with many great bible study programs on them which is a tremendous asset to the pastors as they study the Word of God.

All are very grateful for your prayers and generosity to provide all that you do to them.

i want to include a letter i have received from one of our training pastors to encourage you for the results of what you are praying for and giving towards.

"Hello pastor Drew good morning to you I hope you reached well, we also completed well. I would like you to know that I am so grateful to you Pr Drew for your tireless efforts with all the pain in the joints teaching us and today my understanding of the Bible has improved so much, I can now dig out hidden truths from God's word by my self and then teach others confidently. Thank you so much my brother for your obedience to God - accepting to come to Uganda - Africa to help us, God be with you even through the hip replacement surgery may He be with you."

Thank you beloved of the Lord for your faithfulness to partner with me in this ministry, you are greatly appreciated.

May the Lord richly bless you this Christmas season.

your fellow servant in Christ, drew
